Digital Radiography Digital Radiography also saves time for our clients. Previously, if an image did not meet standards, our technicians would have to adjust the setting, re-take the radiograph and then develop it. This process would take an additional 15-20 minutes. Now, an accurate image can be taken in less than 2 minutes thus minimizing exposure, reducing stress on our patients, and saving time for our clients.
version, films were at risk of being bent or lost in the mail. Now we can view the original image at any time in the future. We can also share the image with a board certified radiologist for review anywhere in the country while your original copy remains safe at the hospital.
Overall, this conversion to Digital Radiology was a great investment to not only Stack Veterinary Hospital, but to our patients and clients as well. |
