Vaccine Requirements

For the health and safety of all our boarders, we require all pets to be up to date on vaccines.  Please fax or bring in your pet’s vaccine records prior to their stay.    

All dogs must have current vaccinations against Rabies , Distemper, Parvovirus and Bordetella Bronchitis (kennel cough).  

All cats must have current vaccinations against Rabies, Distemper, Rhinotracheitis, Calici Virus, and  Pnuemonitis (fvrcp). 

To help protect your pet against parasites, we now require all pets have had a negative stool sample tested within 6 months prior to boarding.

If your pet does not receive its veterinary care at our hospital please have proof of vaccination and negative stool sample faxed to our office prior to boarding.

Your Pet’s Stay 

As always, we look forward to caring for your pets while you are away. We ensure that your pet is as comfortable as possible while they are here. Each pet receives an individualized feeding schedule.  Onondaga Hill Pet Boarding has a variety of foods that suit your pet’s taste buds and nutritional needs.  However, you are welcome to bring your own food so your pet maintains their regular diet.  We supply blankets and beds but you are welcome to bring your own or any other comfort items. 

During your pet’s stay they will receive one on one attention from our staff.  Dogs receive individualized walks 4 or more times a day.  If you have multiple pets boarding they can go outside, play and eat together with your permission.  

Text/Picture Updates!

        At your request we will send you picture messages to your cell phone of your pet while

        they are in our care.  You may call at anytime and we will gladly give you an update

        on your pet.

Other Services

Before your pet goes home we can trim their nails, express their anal glands and/or give them a bath at your request.  Our staff will administer medication if needed.  If your pet requires special accommodations please notify Kristi, the Kennel Manager, prior to boarding.    

Boarding Prices

         Less than 25 lbs - $20 (plus tax) per night

        25-50 lbs - $22 (plus tax) per night

        51-100 lbs - $24 (plus tax) per night

        Over 100lbs $27 (plus tax) per night      

Half-Day Boarding $18 (plus tax)

* Administration of medication is an additional $3 per day.

* Insulin injections are $6 per injection.

* Prices may vary if you request additional services.
