RECEPTIONISTS

Responsibilities include meeting and greeting clients, scheduling appointments, answering the telephone, scheduling and confirming appointments, preparation and maintenance of medical record materials, mailings, computer operation, financial transactions, filing, and reception area maintenance. 

LICENSED VETERINARY TECHNICIANS

Technicians are responsible for assisting the doctors, laboratory procedures, radiology, drawing blood from patients, client communication, medical procedures, filling medications, daily treatment of hospitalized patients, rehabilitation, assisting with surgical and dental procedures, and maintaining the OSHA and Hazardous Materials programs.

 TECHNICIAN ASSISTANT
Assistants are responsible for helping doctors and technicians in exam rooms and in surgery.  They obtain patient histories, fill prescriptions, correspond with clients, care for patients in the hospital, sterilize and maintain hospital instruments, stock medical supplies, and hospital maintenance.  

PET CARE TEAM
The Pet Care Team is responsible for the care and well being of boarders.  They feed and walk boarders and patients, and are responsible for bathing, grooming, hospital maintenance, and keeping pets clean and happy at all times.
